Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
To process a return, proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
- Will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items only. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at zkghomeware.co.za/contact-us
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Please Note:
- Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.
Shipping Recommendations:
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
