Orders and Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, with delivery taking 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
To create an account, simply click the “Sign Up” button on our website, enter your details, and follow the prompts to complete the registration process.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact customer support immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
We take your privacy seriously. We do not store your credit card information on file. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Sales tax is applicable based on your location. The applicable tax will be calculated during checkout.
We currently offer nationwide shipping across South Africa. International shipping options may be available depending on your location.
We aim to ship all items in one package, but depending on item availability or shipping methods, your items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refer to our full return policy for more details.
If you received the wrong item, please contact customer support immediately. We’ll assist you in exchanging the item for the correct one.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive an address and instructions for returning your item. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth process.

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we may not be able to change it.
